Friend just bought a 02 ranger 4.0 w/ about 160k miles. Come to find out the guy never changed the transmission fluid the whole time he owned it which was for about 70k miles. He asked me about a flush but, all I could say is that it might be more harmful then good. Any takers on what he should do?

I said to just change it out and not a flush at this point.
