What is that noise?

I have a 1994 ranger 2.3 5 speed, replaced everything except for the transmission (bought off-line) and it makes a rolling noise when the clutch is engaged and when the truck is moving but goes away when the truck stops and the clutch is disengaged. Shifts great noise changes pitch when shifter is moved from side to side. Again everything is new but for the transmission. Been told before it's a pocket berring or an input shaft berring. I have a video on YouTube entitled "What is that noise?" if you want to hear the noise for yourself.
