well I will have the money tomorrow. I still am running stuff through my head, like I can get the truck and have it back, then I need to spend money on rebuilding or buying a new motor etc. Or I can take the same 5k and use some on my Nova and some on my F250 and some for misc things. Having the truck back will be sweet, but its going to need work so it might be sit'n for a while till i have extra money for it so idk
but the tomorrow is the day, cause hes got a guy breathing down his neck to buy it. its now or never, but maybe its going to a good home? so hard to decide

yeah at the very least i'll get it and fix it up and sell it for more, or trade for a sweet side by side etc. but I really would like to keep it for good, lots of memories in it. hell the GF still hates that I got rid of it

Just get the ranger. keep it till you have some change it do the motor. 5.0's are a dime a dozen and everyone knows how to build them. ****, its fords chevy 350. I have 2 project cars on top of the ranger. Just knowing they are mine makes it worth it. Even if they are on the backburner.
1: Diesel to tow stuff.
2: Ranger to smash around and look like a badass who wants to jump everything. lol
3: Nova to have as your pre smog so you can make that your ***** to the wall car.
Their, now you almost have every type of vehicle you need. Your just missing a geo for gas millage, a full rock crawler and a little import for track racing. Better get to it. lol
In all seriousness, If I had the means to. I'd buy back every vehicle I have ever owned. Excluding 1. That's it. sentimental value alone is worth most of them. Strait up cool/fun factor is the others.
If you have the means and you think you would be happy with your decision later on then I would do it.
Trust me, looking back at a car/truck you could have gotten back but didn't always makes you sad.
