Found this tonight. There are plenty of us who can fabricate that

I sold my Ranger but still have these James Duff t-bars that I did not put on because it was missing a part.

I have an extra set of 31 spline axle plates that someone could have if they bought those. You could grind them down and widen the holes for you 28 spline.
