06 Tail lights finally done...

Well the tails that needed refinishing finally arrived today after UPS pulled its head out of it a-s-s. Here is how they looked before:
I almost took out the left side of my face working on these. I was using the buffer at about 2000 rpms when the tail light caught the edge of my foam pad and sent the light into my cheek bone and my eye. It hurt like a mother effer... I will snap some pictures of the tails finished and installed when I get back from MAX PAYNE.

Chris

Haha, that's my toilet in the background! I'm glad they got you alright and glad someone could put them to use. The third brake light looks great!

They took a lot more work than I originally thought that they would

No they were nightshaded and then he used I think he said lacquer thinner to try to remove it and it didn't work 100% so I sanded and buffed them for a couple of hours before they finally turned out like they look in the pictures.

Nice job. When I had them I thought wet sanding by hand a couple times would do the trick but I guess not.

Oh no its fine its just a really awkward angle because I have a small garage. I am posting new pictures in the photo section where it looks normal.
