Yay or Nay on this setup. Kind of like the 06 tailgate. The emblem to the left is the V6 one from Jusnes. Oh nvm the plate.

Too much stuff in the back IMO.

 

i did this photo chop with paint, so i couldn't get the shade all right. that is why the V6 emblem is so dark.

 

i think it would look good without the V6 emblem.

hmm kinda cluttered IMO, being the smaller flareside tailgate doesnt help either. If you're happy with it, go with it man.

Well if i had to guess there is probably 2 sided on the back of the new emblem. Probably is two alignment tabs as well which will need to be broke off. The bigger problem is hiding the holes that are left behind from the old Ford emblem. The Ranger emblem should do a nice job of that, even though the 06 tailgates have the Ranger emblem on the other side.

 

I like it without the V6 emblem too... the rest looks great... I've been thinking of doing it, but using the EDGE emblem from Jusnes to cover the holes where the Ford emblem use to be on the right.

 

everything looks sweet all you need to do is pull your tips up closer to the bumper.

 

The Ranger emblem will cover the old Blue Oval holes no problem. I personally didn't like the Big Blue Oval in the middle so I ended up using it as a replacement for the Lil Blue Oval on the grill.

 

Yea picking the tips up is going to be a bear. As you can see the hitch is actually notched to fit them. I will have to either get a welder to pick the whole hitch up with the tips (which I would prefer) or else notch the hitch even more. O well, all in good time...

 

cool looking ranger emblem nees to be on the other side. i have a 06 tailgate on my 98.

 

He's going to use it to cover up the holes left from the stock Ford emblem.

I actually really like it! Minus the "V6" emblem...i think it's too much. I am seriously going to have a photoshop done for me with my truck w/ 06 tailgate emblem, and dwb ranger emblem to coverup the ford logo holes.

 

Screw PSin it im gonna do it!
