that looks good. i wanted to do something like that when i put my lights on but having a stepside doesnt give ya much room with the bumper brackets.

Nicely done man! Nice work! I bet you were nervous. My advice would be to put some sort of trim ring around that, and under the trim ring use enamel to "seal" the edges you cut. Otherwise, depending on your enviroment, it will rust out the bumper faster if there is exposed steel.

I used a 3" cutting disc on a drill cuz the bumper is pretty thick. Then a file to clean it up.
