This is how my 04 was when i bought it i didnt get to many before pics before i modified it but the front valiance had a spot with some honey comb knockouts in them... I wanted foglights so Instead of buying the new plastic things i used a dremal to cut the squares out and then added the fogs... Your valiance does not have those spots so you will have to A get a Valiance with fogs or B get a Base Valiance that has knockouts and do what I did... As far as Wiring goes check your frame and see if you have a harness clipped to it if so you can chop that and use that wring to wire to a relay

this is what it looks like with valiance off... Its got about 10 screws holding it on

The wiring is normally there however some other components are missing too... It was easier to clip the wires on the frame throw my own relay in and trigger it to my fogs... However you can still wire it to a factory switch. but you will need a relay in there

That only works if you have the punchouts like mine has... As for the lights They are DEPO an aftermarket company. I got them at the place i used to work at for 30 bucks a pop...

You could make or get the brackets that bolt right to the bumper and get some Hella 500s or something right by the grille like I have
