3m scratch removal system - review

I've used the 3m scratch removal system to take two scratches out of my truck, the scratches are completely gone and I'm really impressed with the kit. Very simply and straight forward to use with good instructions... here's a picture of what you get

Here's the last scratch I removed... it's a white scratch on my black truck so really stood out. In the picture is a bit harder to see as you get the reflection of the wall beside my truck but all the pics below are of my black truck.

next is the only part that's a bit unnerving as you wet sand with the 3000 grit sanding pad to remove the scratch.

once the scratch is gone I'm using my variable speed cordless drill with the polishing pads. First the purple compound pad with compound to polish things back to a mirror finish

After that polish with the black polishing pad and scratch remover and you're set to re-wax the area to protect it. I didn't put any more pictures as the gloss difference wasn't really visible in the pictures but the result is a mirror finish you see in the pics above.

Just posting as I'm really happy with the kit and the results. As always follow the instructions to avoid damaging anything :)
