94 to 2000+ conversion question

To use the grill and headlights of a 2000 ranger, Do I have to change the hood as well? I would like to get the newer look, but it would be easier with out having to paint everything. I like the grill on Zachs truck but Im not sure how it would look with out converting the hood.

Ah apparently For 93-97 to do the conversion I need more than just the hood head panel lights and grille. I thought my fenders would work.

The front half of the frame is totally different on a 1998+ Ranger compared to a 1993-1997 Ranger. Obvious frame issues aside; fenders, hood, core support/header panel, bumper, grille, headlights/corners.
