Finally removed my pinstripes!
After years of being on this forum and reading about removing pinstripes I finally took the plunge, and every one is correct, it does look better.
I was sitting in my garage yesterday watching some football and the Phillies win, and of course drinking beer because that's when all me crazy ideas come to me, and I decided to do it.
Tried using a hair dryer but it wouldn't get the adhesive loose enough so I used a small propane torch on so low that any lower the flame would go out. Yeah I know every one is probably thinking I'm an idiot, which I won't argue with you about that, but it worked great. Couple hours later a 12 pack and some goo gone afterwards and it looks great. I feel like crap this morning sitting at work since I made another beer run after the 12 pack but it was well worth it. Finally purchased a clay bar to. I have yet to use it. Next weekend is looking good.
