Hey guys. Well as you can see im new to the forum and I am also a mod noob, so I was curious to see what you guys have to say about different mods. Heres a pic of my turck. What mods do you think would go good with my ranger?

3'' lift and 33'' tires on some shiney new rims.
drop a 5.0 in it :-) lift 33's...flowmasters, tint the windows darker, new emblems, the mods NEVER END....

How fat is your wallet? The possibilities are endless!
Unfortunately my wallet isnt too fat. im looking for some mods that are not too expensive.
be careful about that..there are some people around my town who got there cars...they had 30 dollars and wanted to go buy SOMETHIN to make there car look diff...so they go buy some cheap neons or somethin to make there car look trashy...and they always say..."the picture made it look good!"...save up and get somethin nice

crank the torsion bars and get some newer ranger mirrors to replace those flag style ones... one is free the other should be under 100 if you use junkyard parts
I know you say your wallet isn't fat but save up for tires and wheels. It totally changes the look 1000X better.
get some 01+ EDGE/Sport color matched flares so you can get rid of those mud flaps...
I would crank the torsion bars to level out the truck... and it doesn't cost anything if you've got a common ratchet set.
You might want to look into getting a set of Ventvisors for the front windows. It looks pretty good, blocks out the sun glare (at times) and allows you to open your windows a bit in the rain. A line of fire under your tailgate would look pretty good as well. And of course new rims and tires would set the truck off well, but that is a bit more expensive. |
LS7 swap

Hey, your truck looks just like mine but older. I say lift it!
I really do want to lift it, but I hear it is a long process. And also I am not qualified enough to do something like that. What are the biggest tires you can put on an unlifted ranger?
