Before and after, mods with pictures

I have been doing alot of work trying to get my ride ready for the 2011 show scene. Here is some of the progress that has been done to the rear end this year. Still have alot of work left to do, but I will not give up on this minitruck project.

Smoked lenses and drag session bumper 5-1-2010

Name: Rangerrear-1.jpg
Views: 382
Size: 66.1 KB

Upgraded the tails and 3rd to LED. 8-1-2010

Sanded bare metal and painted the axle, drive shaft, and frame glossy black. 9-11-2010

Roll pan painted and the Snug Top fiberglass tonneau cover installed 9-27-2010

New tires 235/30/ZR20 installed 11-10-2010 Took all eight 1/2 GC valves off and reworked all the fittings and 1/2 line to the bags for a solid air tight system. No pictures of the work. 11-24-2010

Shaved the handle and emblem off. 12-3-2010

Today side and rear angle shot 12-5-2010

lookin good man. i think it'd make all the difference in the world though if you maybe got some red lense paint for that 3rd brake light.

That is what I wanted, a solid red LED 3rd. I am not a big clear fan either haha. But the 3rd will be going away in the near future, along with the antenna, gas door and fender emblems. I plan on just painting the handles though. Thanks for the compliments. I am still editing the thread.

I try to just set lil goals for trying to get some mods done. For you set a realistic goal, say by March 15th, 2011 deadline to get your roll pan molded and painted on there. It helps keeping me motivated to complete this stuff.

Not my style, but you have done an incredible job, looks very well put together and everything fits, good flow. Two thumbs up! Color match the trim on the tails to the body and go with a red third brake light will tie it all in.

Thanks for the compliments, nice color match idea. I have not thought about that.
