black headlights

I'm not really sure but I was wondering if anyone made a black headlight for an 02 ranger. I found plenty of tail lights, but I would love to have black headlights to match. Thank you!

there's some ebay guys that sell them... they're usually paired with matching black corner lenses that replace your amber corners.

other guys (such as myself) have taken the other route... we painted ours ourselves. there's some risk to doing it yourself.. but if you wanted to know more about it, there's plenty of guys on here that could give ya tips along the way

^^^yup, those would be it. they're a bit pricey... but... if you're not comfortable with doing it on your own.. they're the way to go.

Thats exectly what I want. See I have a red ranger and I have more black trim than I do chrome and i wanted it to be a lil bit different. Plus I have some other ideas about a black grille and also some stripes sometime and i figured those would go perfectly.

I like the headlight covers, but I dont wanna mess with takin em on and off. Plus I think the headlights being black especially looks better. I am going to post pics soon and I will get more posted after I get my aftermarket accessories added on later.

this may be an old post but i figured id throw my 2cents in anyways..

i went ahead and bought those headlights for my 01 off ebay. im going home this weekend to get my truck, hopefully, and install my tails and headlights. ill post pictures this weekend with them on.

FYI: my truck is black and im going after that all-black scheme. Hopefully all things go well, like i said and im able to go back home, get my truck, and bring it back w/ me to school. (been having problems & work done past couple weeks)

----EDIT---
oh.. and as for the covers, im pretty positive that, at least in cali, the covers are legal for day driving, but anytime requiring your headlights to be on (ie: nights, backroads etc) its illegal. Generally the covers sold on stylinconcepts.com have it stamped on their installation guide that the covers are intended for show use only. Hope it helped. once again ill get pics up asap.
