Progress on Blank Canvas. . .

Ok so i wish i had a 4x4 extended cab ranger, but im stuck with a single cab 2 wheel drive. I love the 4x4 look, so im planning on adding a 3" body lift, dont know if they make a suspension lift for it yet. I dont know what to add to it other than i want to paint it black and maybe put a 2001+ front end. what do you think would look good for this project? I dont need it to look like a show truck, but something decent. I dont take it offroad, and i need to be able to haul stuff in the bed. Other than that Im all ears. Color options, Accessories, Lights, whatever. . . . let me know.

Side view

i repainted the door panels as best as i could

The back

Had plastic floor. . . going to change to carpet, and re upholstering seats too.

I'f all you want is the offroad look, which I dont agree with but whatever, do some rims and A/T tires. Maybe some cheapie KC knockoffs on either a bull bar or show/roll bar. I'm thinking you should stick to modding the interior, make it comfortable for you, not make it a poser.

Poser? im guessing you got issues hehe. . . I dont care what people think im driving, or if they think it would look better a certain way. I like to get in a ride that i like and to me trucks should be pickd up. Thats why i say i like the 4x4 look. I appreciate the interior comment, i do want to make it more comfortable. what kind of stuff have you done to your ranger?

body lift works, you can also look at lift spindles. with the spindles you can for 32s and with body lift 33s, body lift is also cheaper, for some lights you can get some light tabs for the front (cheaper than a bull bar) and put some offroad lights on those...

Lift spindles and 32s, you can check out 07ranger's truck before the double lift, it looks really sweet. For interior go to a junkyard and get a Explorer full console, explorer leather seats, and a overhead console. Then for the 01 conversion you'll need a 01 header panel and headlights. If you want to do a full conversion you can get a edge bumper, valance and hood as well. Then put 2 KCs on the front bumper and you'll be looking mean and riding good.

wow thanks, i like the explorer interior idea and i just ordered a body lift kit from a local store. Do i need both the spindles and the body lift to fit the 33's? i know fabtech makes a kit for my ranger anyone else make it? thanks for the ideas. The bull bar is a must for me i love the way it looks. Ive got about 3k right now that i plan on using for the ranger, so i want to make my choices count. thanks again for the help.

The leaf on the road means it flex fuel. The black carpet looks nice.
