body trim replacement help

body trim replacement help

i have the 99 supercab, and i was wondering if anyone has replaced the trim over the rear side windows. it looks like its spot welded at the center on the back. whats the actual name and how do i replace them. i dinged mine all up when i took my light bar off

You have to remove the plastic interior panels on the inside of the truck that surrounds the rear side windows. It's easier to get to if you remove the headliner as well. Once the headliner is out of the way you should see 2 or 3 nuts on the underside of the roof. Their kind of a pain in the *** to get to.

I think they're generally called "cab corners". Only the 2 door trucks have them.
