can i put tilt in a1995 ford ranger column shift

can i put tilt in a1995 ford ranger column shift with over driver and airbag
just would like to know if any has done this before

like maybe the column out a explorer or sport trac

did those years come with tilt? i could see it working all except for the airbag since there are no sensors or anything to wire into.
i'd look for a tilt column from your year before i'd look at swapping something in that never was there in the first place. i mean you might be able to mount the new column in, but not hook up the airbag.

my 94 has a tilt column i dont see why you cant

yes. 95-97 should be pretty much direct swap. 98+ may have wiring issues.

fwiw, i have a mustang tilt assembly/wheel on my 95 column. it was a bolt in deal, but the wiring is completely different.
