EP27 isn't just a Napa part. Autozone and similar auto parts stores should carry them under that same number.

I think that the cheapy Autozone bulbs have the correct resistors built in to mimic a filament style bulb.

EP27 is the part number designation...alot like a 3156 bulb.....it's no 'one store' number...

Your truck has one in it now...BUT...it's designed for use on incandescant bulbs, not LEDs. Stock system: when a bulb is out, the blinker will flash super fast, called 'hyperflash'. it senses a burnt bulb. When you install LEDs for signals, it thinks bulbs are out because they dont draw hardly any juice, thus confusing the flasher into thinking a bulb is out. You need an EP27 flasher designed for use with LED's. I got mine from Autozone for a whopping $12...and it has 'LED' right on the flasher...

I tried switching the reverse lights to LEDs, but ran into the an issue where they wouldn't turn completely off when not in reverse. Any one else ever have this problem? The tech guy @ superbrightleds didn't seem too interested in giving out an good tips.
