alright so i've been throwing the idea back in forth in my head of what to do.

so i was thinking of getting a cap for my truck and for the longest time i didn't like the look of them but seeing a couple of the guys with the same color truck as mine has kinda tempted me to get one but idk yet what are your thoughts

I love my cap.

I've gotten more use out of my cap then I ever did with a tonneau or hard cover.

Chad's truck looks badass with a cap and rack

I would get a cap. Actually I did. But they are really useful. High clearance weather proof storage with locks is nice. A tonneau cover or toolbox can't offer that.

depends on if you have a use for it-if you have the use for it they are great-but if you dont need it, and use the bed often for large items that cant fit easily in cap then the cover is the route to go
Ive had a truck with a cap once-both previous trucks have had vinyl covers
Its all in what you have use for

I personally love my cap. You lose a little visibility, but the storage is great. My top is a Century top. Go look around the back lot at your local Ford dealership and see if they have any tops back there. I found 3-5 in the back of my local dealership, picked out the one I wanted($350 for fiberglass), got it painted a week later to match for $250, so $600. Less than half of the cost of a brand new one.
