I just put 2 usd finders off another 88 ranger also a door to my qestion is i put the new finders on and mached where they was bolted before and now the doors rub the finder when you open the doors coild the finders be different i thoult all 88 rangers had the same any help would be apreshiated

finder? you mean Fender? i hope.....

just because your stock fenders where in a spot doesnt mean the new set will be in the same spot... thats the point of having the mounting holes elongated, you have to align the fender to the door... go back outside and adjust them spend some time..

 

ok i went out and looked agin and i see what you mean do half to take the finder off agin or just losin it up and shuv it around.thanks for your help

loosen it up and start trying to fit it to the gaps...

 

It usually takes a few tries to align them right. Once you do get them aligned, mark or make a mental note of where they sit. Hoods are a pita, too.
