Found a Cargo Basket for the Topper...

Found a Thule M.O.A.B (mother of all baskets) on Craigslist with the 18" extender for $160 , it's it near perfect condition with everything that it came with new. I picked it up today, and will have some pictures up soon. Planning on adding a spare, hi-lift, perimeter lights, and some KC Hilites on the front.

I drilled through the cap and used the existing pieces that connect to the crossbars, just put the pieces that go under the crossbars inside the topper. There are bolts that run through the bottom pieces (the ones inside the topper) through the topper and through the top mounts, then you tighten them down with a wing nut on the top.

The last picture shows an inside shot of the topper, and I took out the carpeting the other night so that's what all that shi* is. You can see the bottom brackets at each far end, running vertical, and the the two bolts in each side that run up to the top mounts. The top mount picture shows them with covers are on them, but all there is is a bracket that connects to the bar and has two holes for the bolts to go through on each end, then you screw the wing nuts on.
