front tow hooks on my 94?

front tow hooks on my 94?

well over the weekend i was pulling some logs out in a pile on my logging road and its hard to see out the back when pulling them. so i put my tow strap around front cross member and when i was yanking on it i started to rip my strap. so


1. where can i put tow looks on my 94

2. what year tow hooks should i get?

and no i don't want to put a front receiver on right now that will be once i get enought money to build my bumper

Straight to the frame rails. Would probably have to notch or cutout the lower plastic valance.

autozone or advanced for less than 15 bucks a piece if i remember correctly

Local trucking suppliers or farm equipment stores. I got about 2 dozen 15,000lb hooks for $6/ea. and some 25,000lb D-shackles for $11/ea.

Why the HELL are you pulling a log in reverse? It's a log. It's on a road. Pull it in a forward gear.

And really, you should be using chains on logs. You'll go through straps like they are going out of style.
