This is a custom fabbed winch mount that mounts to the stock tow hook location.....Levino made plans for it.


This must be one of those fabtech "prerunner" light bars or something....NO WHERE FOR A WINCH! As it mounts to the stock bumper. My buddy has a similar one on his '01. It should mount right up to your stock 98-00 bumper.
