I've always wondered, but never bothered to ask, what do the horizontal shocks on the front do? is that something with the steering?

steering stabilizers.
basically helps with bump steer on gearbox front ends.

i vote red also, but they make other colors.

I'd go for black personally.

I say Naked as well!

For some reason I think they look sweet with no boots. Plus boots really dont help that much.
