You guys arnt helping me on this decision much lol.

 

Silverstars look nice to me. I dont like the looks of the Hid lights. Whenver one of my headlights go out, I am gonna get the Silverstars

 

What silverstars are you guys running? Theres like 3 different types at autozone. Ill get a link for em real quick.

 

Eh.. after having HID's for almost a year, I'm over them. They look cool, and I did have them aimed down so as to not get flashed, but then the light sucked. I'll be staying with silverstars once I swap them out soon.

Silverstar Ultras

I got mine on amazon.com, ended up buying 3 sets for all the vehicles.

 

How much do you like them? I know you must like them a little bit because you bought a set for 3 vehicles.

 

I love them, much better than the old ones that were in there. Helps a lot when watching for deer.

 

Hmm... so ill be picking up either the ones Josh posted or the first set of ones that I posted that I like so much.

 

If you go Silverstars get them on Amazon, they're 1/2 off there. Go with 9007 Ultras for the heads and 9005 Ultras for the fogs. For the 9005s you have to trim a little corner of one of the tabs, its super easy.

You want the Ultra's

 

I replaced my headlights and corner lights with aftermarkets and installed ultra silverstars for heads and cool blues for fogs and it looks sweet at night i love silverstars much brighter then anything out there plus the shelf life is great!

Never been that impressed with the silverstars. They fade too quick. Now I have HIDs, can't imagine being without them. Better light even than my wife's factory projectors. love it. Oh, and I'm lower than most here too, and yes, everything blinds me.

my hids should be here in a couple days ... ill post them up when i get em installed. i changed my mind from the 10ks to the 8ks .. more lumens less blues
