guess what i really should do is paint the surround white and find a black billet insert

I wouldn't do it any other way. Do you have a Napa around? Give them your paint code and they can make an aerosol can. Or, you can occasionally find the color you need in the Dupli-Color premixed cans like Shane suggests.

 

Yeah....they actually make your paint since it's such a common color. My color was discontinued in '07 or so because Ford axed it in '03. Now I've gotta go the spendy route of $25 a can mixed up at the paint shop.
