Installed Black Billet Grille and 06+ Mirrors

I installed my black billet grille and 06+ mirrors. Still need to paint the Chrome around the grille and the bumper

Looks good. I would leave the grille like that and not paint the outside of it. Obviously not my truck just me 2 cents

dude, leave the chrome grill surround and the chrome bumper, looks sick! if you paint them both then you have to send me you're 06 mirrors.... so whatcha gonna do about that sucker! haha looks good but listen to me words

Thanks guys and the truck is a 2005 It has the HoneyComb grill on the 04-05 models. I'm going for a blacked out look that's why I wanna paint them.

chrome just reminds me of messicans. haha
i replaced the chrome grille and mirrors on my '07 with the black ones. looks so much better.
now I wanna do my emblems!
you should do yours if you havent already.

I like the look of the chrome and black but the all black will look good.

Talk to us about the 06 Mirrors, I know they fit but what is your take on the viewing area ?
Was it worth it ?
Do you think you really gained enough to justify the change over ?

I'm still thinking on the Mirror chg, thanks,

They're an AMAZING difference!!!! Overall the mirror glass is taller, more squared off, resulting in alot more viewing area. And hell, I've covered mine up some with convex blind spot mirrors in the bottom outside corners....still completely loooooove the mirrors. Plus, I feel the passenger side is a different sort of convex on the main mirror glass, TONS of newfound visibility.
