lighting behind grill. Pics requested.

I am thinking about installing lights behind the grill of my truck and I was just wondering if anyone has done this, and if you have please put up some pictures and also say what type of lights you used. I have a 2002 black ranger edge, so that model is preferable but I will be glad to look at any pics. Thanks guys.

That is what it looks like on. They look great I love mine. I used Hella 500s because I didnt want anything to thick and I didnt want them to high of watts because I worry about how hot they would get.

I vote you do it asap

KC daylighters, 130watt (150? i think they're 130's) behind a carriage works billet grill from TTPerformance. If you want a pic of them on, I can go take one.

They're pretty awesome, except i've never used them.... cuz they're illegal on the roads

i dont like the lights behind grill idea.

i think the 4-5 lights across the front bumper has a wayy better look and function

Yeah I like that look too the thing is I already have a westin safari bar and I like the look of it but there is only room for 2 lights on it, and I want more lighting and I can't think of a better way to do it, I also don't want to drill into the front bumper. I like the behind the grill look and I can't imagine losing to much function by shooting the beam through the grill. All ideas are welcome though so if anyone has any better ideas please feel free to mention them thanks guys.

I put mine behind the grille for protection.. harder to steal.. harder to break off.. crazy how much some of you spend on KC's..

Thanks hopefully it will be back on the road soon. It needed a transmission, I can't wait. Its getting kind of rusty and old but just as soon as its driving again I can start fixing her up again.
