Lund Moon Visor

my parents bought me a moon visor for my ranger for christmas ( i carried it in the house today) the label on the box said it would fit a 1999-2001 but my ranger is a 2004 it appears that everything lines up. just want to make sure that it will fit before i have it painted.

thanks for any help on this.

It'll fit. There has been just a few cosmetic changes on the Rangers over the past 3-4 years. The roofline was not one of them.

Robin...

Same cab....it'll fit. Infact, I believe most everything on the cab(not in the cab) is the same from 93-now.

Also Travis...please don't forget to post pics....some of us here would like to do this mod, but lack of pics makes it hard to see it on our trucks. PLEASE.....post pics when done.

Thanks.

Lund calls mine a Lunar Visor it has the lights, and it dosn't screw into the roof, it has screws in the door channels, and a center mount that uses 3M tape, and a threaded bolt that mounts it to the Visor, it is strong and never had any problems with it.
The Moon Visor has lights to but it screws through the roof, so it would be permanent.

my lund visor came off while i was going down the highway. thankfully it didnt hit another car lol. Note: the visor does not make a good boomerang and will not return to you after it flies off.

for the record, before anyone asks or assumes, mine was the moon visor and had 4 screws holding it on. after its leave of absence on the 4 lane, lol, i had the roof repaired. i loved it when it was first installed. then it started to get loose. it was not happy on the highway. maybe they installed it wrong, but ill never buy another one. the moon visor gets a big lol
