if i remember Hid lights have special enclosures. For all you know those are just bulbs you buy from NAPA that fit in place.

Yeah thats what I was thinking was hoping someone with HIDS would chime in :-)

Those are true HID bulbs with ballasts, BUT they are low quality kits and the ballasts probably won't last real long. Not to mention HIDs never look right if they aren't used in a projector lens.

x eleventy billion

I hate oncoming vehicles with those HID conversion kits. They're bright as hell but they need to be focused through a projector lens, without them they're blinding.
