Im trying to order a new Driver side Fender and Door.



How do I know what im getting, I dont know in detail, and there picture isnt that clear.



Im just looking for a new fender for my 3.0 1997 extended cab XLT 2wd.

With the wheel well thing (if it matter's or not)

and I need just a door from (manuel evertying) Id like just the shell, I need to replce both of these since ill be geting a cheap paintjob to sell the truck off.

 

they are expensive..id look around b4 i go to ford!...

 

For the fender its asking with or without the wheel molding ? and wahts bulb left bulb right ?

Anyone know where I can buy a door with everything with it, manuel window/locks in good condition ?

ford just gives frame alone, I have no idea on how to install a window into a door

 

Junkyard? Probably get one fairly cheap there. Might not get exact color, not sure how much paint is for just a door.

 

i am not sure about florida =/... i know in cali we got alot of parts for ranger but there willingness to ship is not good.you might want to try craigslist or your local paper ..we got a paper over here thats called "recycler" u might have one..im not sure...surf the net..ill keep an eye out for some..what side door and fender?

Make sure it's OEM if you get it off ebay, if it's after market it will be a flimsy POS and will dent if you even look at it funny. Go through Ford or makes sure its a REAL ford fender.

 

yeah ebay tends to sell **** that sux *****..try craigslist or some type of paper that sells trucks and other stuff..just keep looking..dont be in that much of a rush..or if u are go to the dealer...

I hate being outdone.

I am really looking for a nice 03 4x4 Ranger in White, I LOOOVE the look with black fender flares and black rails. ( a guy posted his a long time ago, looked amazing) But pretty much any Ranger that is 2000+ 4x4 and all power with under 60k miles.

Im droping about 2k into my current ranger, its 1k for the tranny to be rebuilt, 500 buck paintjob and 500 for door/fender/tailfate (hookup). and dealer would give me 6500 toward a trade.


The fender is OEM.

It does look like Ill be hitting up the junkyard for a door since mine is dented to hell, thanks guys.

Nate, the fenderflares and the front bumper don't come painted black. The are a dark grey. That will be something you will have to do on your own or get done.
