Older bbumpers that fit on an 08 ranger?

My stock bumper is huge, no idea why its so bit but it makes the truck look so low to the ground because of it. Are there any other bumpers of the previous years that are that more low profile slimmer look that would fit? I might just do a custom metal one but id much rather go this route if possible to keep under budget, i could head to the wreckers there might be a few around.

Oh and are they somewhat bolt-on-able?

your bumper is the same size as all of the other rangers since about 2000.
your VALENCE is what makes it look so big. and you can remove the valence (lower part of the bumper)
also, how does a truck lifted over 6 inches look low to the ground? it's obvious you don't look at stock 4x4 rangers, which only have about 8 inch clearance between the ground and rear diff.
