One step rust killer

Has anyone ever used this stuff its expensive but mine work well for the inside of fenders and wheel wells and on the bottom side of the bed. It would def be nice for frames.

For surface rust on frames and stuff it works great to prime over then paint.

Some paint in a can won't fix your saltine cracker bedsides and cab mounts, you're like 5 years too late

Any stop rust killer never works unless its very minimal. In your case Downey it would be wise to just find a new bed.

yeah i plan on getting a new bed. i thought it would be a good idea for the frame and underside of a new bed and in the fenders of the new bed and places that are hard to clean and get the crap out of and places where dirt builds up. you know what i mean?

maybe, but in all honesty the best practice is to wash these areas once a week or every other week, just a shot of water can make a world of difference.

My truck has very minimal rust on it, all i ever do is wash it once a week.

WOW i find it funnier than hell that people that live 100s of miles away and have never seen my truck in real life. they know exactly what is wrong with my truck. well you dont my truck needs to rear cab mounts the bottom bushing rotted out. the bed sides on my truck already had the damage when i got it. the guy that had it b4 me but 240,000 mils on the truck. I just love how everyone knows every ****ing thing about my truck and can destroy a thread when i ask about some about rust protection.

A picture is worth a thousand words

calm down we just dont want you wasting what little money you claim to make on a product you think is going to preserve your truck.

none in this thread is directly saying what is wrong with your truck other than a paint that prevents rust isnt going to help.

you need to get some new cab mounts, trucks and cars only last so long, i would be really happy with anything that gave me 240,000 miles.

I think you need to relax a bit, your always blowing stuff out of proportion.

actually they did, and so did I, that stuff never works. The ones that posted all live in the salt belt, we are trying to help you not waste time and money on a crappy product.

I did quote about the product, I said it works on surface rust on frames and what not, but wont stop rusting bedsides or body panels or bottom of doors and or tailgates.

Im just surprised your all about trying this now on the undercarriage when you didnt even take the time to paint any of the new parts you installed when you did your explorer axle swap and then claimed it doesn't matter since you drive down a dirt road?
