Has anyone painted over anything that has been powdercoated before? I have a rack powdercoated silver and I would like to paint it gloss black. Thought about Krylon Fusion since it adheres to plastic so well. Talked with the guy at the parts store and he suggested cleaning the surface good, then just a few coats of Krylon Fusion. Would I need to scuff it up a little first? Thought Id get a little more feedback before I dive into it.
