the holes DO NOT LINE UP. already checked lol...

there is many ways of attaching them tho with out drilling new holes.
  • fender tape. toyota or nissan can not remember
  • the spot where the pressure clip attaches you could put 3M emblem tape.
  • inner fender holes do line up so those will work

isnt the front edge of the 06 flare wider than the 'ear' of the valence where it comes up to meet the body? On the 01 flares they line up perfectly

I don't know how an 01 valance compares to the 04 but here is a pic of my 04 with 06+ flares.

I bought these from an online discount ford parts dealer. Just do a google search. I found at least 3 with near identical websites and prices. I just found the one with the lowest price and called them just cause I wanted to make sure I was ordering the right part. They ran about $70 a piece if I remember correctly. They weren't cheap but I wanted a set and had no luck finding any used.
My truck had no flares so I just drilled the holes in the wheel wells and used the toyota tape Sea-Bass recommended. The Toyota tape was a pain to work with and kind of expensive. I think if I was going to do it again, I'd try to look into the fender flare tape chevy ZR2's use. It looks thicker and may do a better job.

Jake, I think you should get them so I can see how they look on a red Ranger and I can decide if I want them on mine.
