Rear bumper mount question

I have all things needed to fab up a custom rear bumper.

But I have a question about mounting it.

Are the 2 bolt hole on each side for the bumper mounts strong enough for towing and pulling stuff?

My bumper will include a hitch and two clevises.

I know that my rear hitch mounted in the two same holes, but also had one more hole on the bottom of the frame. Will not using that hole sacrifice a lot of strength?

I think you will be just fine. Do not forget to torque it. 75-90 ft lbs will do just fine.

Well the reason I asked is because my exhaust tips are in the way. I asked the muffler shop to allow room for my hitch. They said "ok", but oh well.

I found out tonight when I picked up the hitch to mount it. I dont want to cut my tips off. So I was just wondering if I would be ok.
