hey guys im thinking of getting a smoked led third brake light and nightshade the taillights but i got clear corner lights and chrome headlights on my all silver 01 4x4 the grill and valance are painted flat black. im just wanting some input from you guys if i should to smoked out everything or just the back or chrome out everything (not to big into chrome)

 

Im not into chrome either buddy lol. So im with you.

Got any pictures? Its kinda hard for me to decide without pictures. (if it were my decision lol)

I like a light coat of niteshade but not black as the ace of spades.

should i keep the chrome with the headlights and corners or should i smoke everything?

 

Just a light smoke would look good but not too dark... that's what I'd do anyways!

 

yeah i think the heads and corners are getting painted black and a retrofit and the tails a smoke with a nice smoked third brake light

Chrome doesn't belong on a truck....just my opinion though.

alright im doing it gunna do two coats of nightshade and 3 coats of clear (what type of clear did you guys use)

 

That third brake light you were looking at is a piece of junk, I bought one and sent it back.

I am now very happy with my buggman LED third brake light/cargo light, and it can be easily nightshaded to perfectly match your tails.
