How hard would it be to replace the front and rear bumper on my 98' ranger. It is the metal painted kind and is completely rusted to junk. The truck looks ok besides all the scratches from previous owners, but the bumpers stick out like a sore thumb. It has fog lights and a hitch, which im thinking will make it more difficult.

Also, where do you think I could find them the cheapest? I would think a junk yard, but the only junk yard I know of by me that sells used parts seems to charge way too much. Like it just cost me 70$ for a a rusty old leaf spring, so kind of wondering how much bumpers would be.
