Put the headlight in the oven at 200 to 215 for 25 min checking them every 5 min. ( i checked my frist one every 5 mins, but on the second one i checked them every 10 min. Second one came apart so much easier. just keep and eye on the headlight while in the oven, and youll be fine.
thanks scott.. i think you just gave me something to do today.

thanks alot man. i've never seen ranger emblems done like that prior to me doing it, nor have i seen it done since. people have done colored lettering and colored body, but never have i seen chrome lettering and painted body. a soon as weather picks up, i've got a new idea ive never seen done to emblems as well...can't wait for warmer temps to paint again! i'm already tired of running no emblems!! lol

thanks alot fo the compliment man!! those 2hrs of carful masking is totally worth it because it's soo damn unique.

LOL i would put them in the truck but im not driving it anymore...it needs new ball joints and my new tires are showing a little wear. Plus the rubber sealant take 24 hrs to dry...i sill need to go around where the lense meets the headlight...want to get it water tight.
thanks for the compliment.
