Tinting side markers

Supplies
Paint remover if painted like mine
All purpose cleaner
Racing Finish Tint it has clear mixed into it
oven (optional)

Pic of the Corners before i do anything so you can see what i am working with

Tint i am using is for RC car lexan bodies. This stuff has a clear coat mixed in with the black paint stuff is great very glossy.

spray light even coats. i had a few runs so i placed them in the Oven on the WARM setting around 150-200 degrees to even them out.

That looks awesome... way better than nightshade. Also I didnt know they had stuff like that. Ive been trying to find a way to tint my windows on my rc's for a while.

yea i picked this stuff up while in the hobby shop. usually use just black paint for the cars windows this stuff is great sooo shiny

thats what I always do but I left my crawler windows clear cause Im going for the scale look

not bad. you need some regular chrome emblems now though to go with your wheels/front end

yep or online
its designed for lexan/polycarb plastics. it bonds extremely well. LIGHT coats or you'll develop runs. when this stuff runs it runs. placed in the oven and it all evened out.

bought them $66 shipped from ebay. they got condensation in them from the car wash so i took em inside and let them dry out all day then sealed them up with some clear rtv

Time for Projectors.... Truck looks great though... Not normally a fan of the corners like that but those look really well

the nightshade if you do them right and clear them they come out great
