hey i've found so many sweet lookin not very expencive grill guards for 2001- whenever but not many for 2000 rangers so will a grill guard thats made for 2001 rangers fit a 2000 ranger without any new drilling or major modifications...

 

it should. The bumpers share the same mounting spots. where the bumper meets the grille, the shape is the same. Only problem spot that might come up is where the holes are in the bumper. Frame wise, I don't think anything is different. Get it, try it out, and post your findings.

 

Adam, thats something I could probably help you with if you do decide to buy one a give it a shot. I dont see why it wouldn't just bolt right up though.

 

If I'm not mistaken the headlights are different. The angle may require the whole front grill fascia, which would then need the bottom running lights removed. If i recall correctly

i had one installed on my 2000 that was for a 2001. I had to drill new holes for the brush guards and drop them bout an inch so you could see the turn signals but it bolted right to the truck with no problems.

 

i have one thats for a 01plus edge on my 99 and it fit perfectly with no mods. the westin side steps were a different story.
