what ones do you guys like better i like the first one better if anyone has any other ideas with those 2 colors let me know. its going to be vista blue and black

 

A painted turd is still a turd. I would spend that money on getting the truck running better and removing some of the rust.

paint the front half black and rear turqoise.. but dont clean it firts.. no preperation is nesssecary

 

id do the black on the bottom with the blue on top

Oh sorry, didnt notice. How about like a real nice blue color or something. I dont know what but your truck looks like a blue truck to me.

so keep it the scheme it is and change the teal to blue or whatever. the first one doesn't seem to flow and the second one split up like that seems to only work it the truck is white instead of black.

If you two tone it do the flares and bumper blue as well. Black looks good on top cause it will flow with tinted windows better.

 

yeah i think if the bottom is black and top is blue it will look better too im waiting for a photoshop to be done

 

All I have to say is:

Downey. With all this crap you are buying or are thinking about buying have you bought new brakes for your truck or are you still running the used crap? You know $50 for the U bolts to run the Explorer leafs that you don't need. Priorities man.

 

^^^ are you serious i had a broken leaf spring maybe do a little research b4 you go posting stupid ****. i started this thread to see what people thought of the paint idea and see if anyone had any other ideas i would like. i didnt start this to get bashed on. i wish we could stay on a topic damn it.


anyway back to my main topic does anyone else have any other ideas for paint. im really stuck on using vista blue and black but some other color combos might be cool let me know. anyone that wants to photo shop some stuff feel free the more ideas the better

No I don't read all of your threads because they are all stupid. Sorry but my threads usually have real info not "truck lewks good" or whatever other bs you post. You only get bashed because of you own stupidity. Stop to think before you say anything and people would be nicer. Yes you may have had a broken leaf but you could have just slapped in some stock leafs that would have bolted right in without any extra parts needed.

As far as the paint I think the second pic looks better. Why not Line X the bottom part of your truck and run the vista blue everywhere else?
