Yeah they're loops. I had my choice of either loops or hooks but ultimatly went with the loops so I wouldn't have to modify my valance. I'm getting mine for 65 shipped.

if you talk to him again soon, can you ask him if he's got those hooks and how much he wants for them? i don't really know him, so i would feel odd adding him to facebook
