i really like the '01 4x4 bumpers with fog lights...and i really hate my massive plastic bumper without foglights. it seems like the '01 bumpers give just a tad more ground clearance plus they look better. I'm just wondering if an 01 will fit my 08 without me having to do any modifying. i'd rather have a direct swap if its possible. thanks

 

Should be a direct swap.. of course if you don't have the wires for the fog lights you'll have to add that, but it shouldn't be hard... same as wiring up some off-road lights.. actually easy to make it look stock if you get a radio bezel with the fog light switch in it.

 

stock for 08 has the fog lights built into the headlight switch. if we wanna get model year specific

 

ok I'm pretty sure LMC sells the '01 bumper i want so this should be easy

 

should i use #17 fuse for the fog lights?
