I thought it was RC but its not in any books so anybody know the name and the paint code for this color...year is 1996, its actually starting to **** me off that I can't figure it out

should be on the door jamb sticker, under EXT CLR or something like that...

 

....and from the picture i cant tell if its black, brown or grey and for has thousands of paint codes look at your door jam sticker...

 

my door jam sticker says RC, and thats not a paint code in 1996?unless i am looking at the wrong part

 

take a good close picture of the sticker...

 

Is 'SH' a dark greenish color for 96 rangers? thats the other code i just found...sorry for my stupidity

It doesn't look very dark in their sample, though.

Mine is Dark Highland Green Pri Metallic Clearcoat PX/M6920 I think.... Its pretty sweet when its clean and shiny, you can see all the flake in it...

the color of "bullit"

 

i got some touch up paint for my truck, that matched the code inside the door, and it looked right at first, but now you can definetely tell its all bright.

dont know if its because i didnt clear coat/buff it or what but it looks weird.

 

RC came up as Medium Platinum metallic. obviously thats not right.

sometimes access to the BASF website rules lol. Those are the only greens i could find for a 1996 Ford Ranger. see if any are right, and let us know.

 

color code pa is amazing on my 98 has blue and green in it and boy is it nice.
