The film of my headlights are yellow what is the best thing to use? I was told to use wheels polish and a powerball? Is that the best thing also I was told to use Toothpaste and scrub like hell? Well that part does work but it does not last long. What is the best advice?

 

wet sand with 1000, 1500, then 2000

wipe em off then polish them real good with meguiars plastX. Took me about 15 min and the headlights look brand new.
