i found this old a** Chicago Horizontal Band Saw in perfect running order on craigslist for 45 bucks plus it came with 7 brand new blades.

 

great find. i'd love to have something like that.

i am having more luck with craigslist on finding deals then ebay or any thing else. hear pretty soon i will be adding a coupe more metal working tools and software to collection. just try and guess on the up coming finds.

 

those ban saws r pretty useful, my Dad has one and we use it quite a bit...

 

i found all this stuff again on craigslist and finally just got it all this past weekend. the guy i got it all from lives in Modesto and he made and raced shifter karts. i ended up paying 900 for everything
