Here you go, sorry it took so long to get these. First two pics you can see 2 bolts holding the receiver onto the frame on the underside.
Next pic is a shot of what a clevis/d-ring looks like when mounted, last pic is what a license plate looks like if it needs to be there.

I wanna thank you for motivating me, I'm making it nice and purdy. I have to bug a neighbor or a coworker in the garage to do some welding.

Thanks for the pictures man. i like your idea on putting the license plate where the d-ring should go. i might do that instead of keeping it in the window
