Good deal on craftsman tool set

Sears has Craftsman 95-piece Mechanics Tool Set w/ Easy To Read Sockets for $40 - 10% off in cart = $36. Choose in-store pickup to save on shipping, otherwise it's $7.50.

Craftsman 95 pc. Mechanics Tool Set with Easy-To-Read Sockets

106-piece set (without easy-to-read sockets) is available for $50 + small filler item (such as this one) - $5 off $50 coupon SDEALS817 = $42

Craftsman 106 pc. Mechanics Tool Set

I have the 95 piece kit in my truck at all times, used it on every mod I did to the ranger and the f-150, has every socket I've needed but a 19mm deep for the body lift. Great kit to have and cheap too! I'm getting another one that I can keep in my toolbox in the garage.

Yup, Craftsman all the way!!

Lifetime warranty is literally as easy as taking your broken tool into Sears and they will replace it right then and there at the counter!

If your going to buy tools, dont get that walmart crap - get something quality.. or you'll regret it a few years down the road when things start breaking down a bit!

my craftsman wrenches also fit bolts and nuts better in my experience. my chinese made wrenches that i have lying around in my tool box are always loose compared to the same size craftsman

looks like a good deal. One thing I always say is you can never have enough tools, even if you have 5 of the same thing

Ditto on that! Theres a reason I bought 3 sets of extensions.. I had a 3 foot extension going through my wheel well to get to some header bolts that made it waaay easier on me then having to crawl into a tight **** area to get my air wrench in to do some work.

Buy a few sets.. make yourself happy if you can afford it, lol

As long as a tool has a lifetime warranty you cant go wrong! As long as you dont loose it you will have it forever! and if you do you aren't out as much!!
I personally dont have any craftsman, I am a bit of a MAC *****. I also buy alot of Mastercraft Maximum stuff from Canadian Tire because it has a lifetime warranty and is good quality.

I got the 106 since I already have the 95 in the truck. The 106 has 3/8 deep sockets and 1/4 deep sockets where the 95 only has 1/4 deep sockets.

You too? Cheapest I spent was $75 on 4 items lol.

EDIT: thats not true. I drove a friend to sears since he needed some tools and I noticed they had a set of softshell bags on sale. Got both of 'em for $15.

Snap-On is way to expensive unless your using them everyday. Craftsman turns the bolts just as well for me

You Americans need to experience the wonder of Canadian Tire if you like Sears, its like sears but with only the good stuff, no beds and junk, haha.

Just placed my order for the 106 along w/a magnetic tool pick up and a 3 ton jack, jack stands and creeper set. All for $145 (the Jack, stands and creeper kit alone is $150). I think I just stole the stuff.

Thanks again Trent.
