I Need a Fabricator!!

I've been combing the internet lately, and I can't find a decent price on a good, FUNCTIONAL angled spare tire carrier...

Pretty much all I've seen is the APC one, my hitch hits the ground when offroading anyways, plus the price starts at $220

Performance Accessories "supposedly" makes one, but it's not on their site. It looks good and is functional, but is $190

And there is one from Fabtech, but, agian... it's a little pricey for a couple peices of bent and welded metal...

I really like the design of that "Rat Cage" thing and the PA one.

Thanks guys...

PS--> I need someone on the Gulfcoast.... shipping gets a little pricey otherwise...

I'm probably gonna go with this guy. I don't have any friends that are really good... I'll wait till I see his bumper first.

I haven't got to meet up with him, yet... But check this out...Mock up for my spare tire carrier. I know a guy that knows a guy that can do it up for me for cheap. Yeah, that's a satellite pole it's pretty damn hefty and has survived 3 or 4 major hurricanes.

You should try talking to N3elz for a good design. His tire carrier mounts in the bed, also hooks to his tool box and has a place for a highlift jack. He a has 35 inch spare mounted to it. I Belive it was originaly buckgnarly tire carrier.

Havent posted in a long time, but I make angled tire carriers, among other things. Look at my cardomain link in my sig. Christian can vouch for me as well as others on the board.

To tell you the truth man, I'm ready to pay this junk machine off and buy me a 4x4, so any major mods are pretty much off for now, but thanks for chiming in.
